NJ Woodco is now 4 months into our latest maintenance contract at the Lincoln University Hall of Residence.

Providing a 24-7 reactive and planned service for over a thousand ensuite bedrooms as well as communal and outside areas is keeping our multi-skilled team on their toes. All works orders are processed and monitored using our specialised software to ensure that every target is met and all performance information can be provided for our customer at the click of a button.

This contract has lead onto several other projects at the halls including the replacement of 55 shower floors in the short space of 4 weeks, this consisted of removal of the existing floor coverings, the application of a liuquid DPM a latex screed as well as the laying of new Altro vinyl flooring.
