Fast Track Refurb

Due to Lincoln University's September intake outstripping available accommodation hundreds of freshers had been housed in temporary units on campus.

The University's priority was obviously to get them permanently housed as quickly as possible so when they approached Club Easy - Lincoln's largest provider of student accommodation - to see how they could help, a vacant 24 bedroom Club Easy property which had been earmarked for refurbishment next year, was identified as an ideal residence.

This is where NJ Woodco stepped in, working to an understandably tight deadline and under clear instructions from the client, our team transformed the house into a comfortable and safe place for the new students to make their own. All the work was completed with the keys handed back to Club Easy in the space of 2 weeks.
