Our expertise in social housing refurbishment allowed the expansion of the company into the private sector refurbishment market to be a relatively straight-forward process. Although there can be differences between the two sectors, the principals are exactly the same.

We have several projects running at any one time, varying in scale from internal decoration to large turn-key jobs.

NJ Woodco recently completely the conversion of a large 19th century property, which had most recently been used for office space, into student accommodation for one of the biggest letting agents in the Lincoln area.
