As any property owner knows, the list of jobs which have to be done to keep a property in good condition is endless. At NJ Woodco we understand that maintaining property is a job for the experts, which is why we only employ fully trained and qualified staff on our projects. Our maintenance service covers everything from joinery, plastering and plumbing to scaffolding, brickwork and roofing.

Our property maintenance service falls into three important categories:

• planned and cyclical maintenance – making sure we stay on top of things
• preventative maintenance – taking action to prevent problems in the future
• reactive maintenance and repairs – for when the unexpected happens

In addition to the above several of our customers use our Emergency Call Out facility a 24 hour, 365 day a year service for added piece of mind.
